West Point Grey · Vancouver, BC
A ground-floor suite off 4th and Blanca with room for five. Two queen bedrooms, a nook with a twin bed, and your own entrance.
Ten minutes on foot to Spanish Banks in one direction and Pacific Spirit Park in the other. It suits people staying a while rather than a night: families, parents visiting UBC, and work trips that need a desk and a kitchen.

The space
Two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a small connected nook off the first bedroom with a twin bed and a desk. It works as a kid's room, a fifth sleeping spot, or somewhere quiet to take a call. One full bathroom.
The living room has a sofa, a TV with Netflix, and a counter with bar stools that doubles as casual dining or a laptop spot. The kitchenette is stocked with cookware and tableware for everyday meals. There's no oven, which is down to local short-term rental rules rather than a shortcut.
Entry is by self check-in, and there's a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the door. If you're travelling in two cars, the driveway has room and street parking out front is free.
The neighbourhood
Mostly houses and old trees, with the water at the bottom of the hill and the forest at the top.
A long stretch of sand facing north across the water to the mountains, ten minutes downhill. The flats at low tide go out far enough to walk for twenty minutes and stay ankle deep.
Seventy-odd kilometres of trail through second-growth cedar and hemlock, starting ten minutes the other way. Flat, well signed, and close to empty on a weekday morning.
Ten minutes by bus from the corner, which makes this an easy base for campus visits, conferences, and move-in weekends. The Museum of Anthropology, the Botanical Garden, and the Chan Centre are all up there too.
The 4 and 44 stop two minutes from the door and run straight down 4th Avenue to Kitsilano and downtown. You can leave the car parked the whole stay if you want to.

I answer quickly, usually the same day. Tell me when you're coming and how many of you there are, and I'll let you know if the suite is free.
